Agrostis tenius

Agrostis forms a dense sward through stolon and rhizome development. It can be used where a fine texture is desired, in cool, moist, well-maintained and slightly acidic (pH 5.6–7) environments. It is recommended for use with fescue species on fine sandy ground. It is not resistant to wear.
